The SMAI Plyometric Box is a smaller companion plyo box to the larger, Competition-sized plyo box. This smaller wooden plyo box is 14" x 16" x 20". With small size increments, you can perform easier plyo workouts at lower jump heights, to develop strength and confidence to progress to a full-sized competition plyo WOD box.

Featuring the same versatile design that features a 3-in-1 model, the centre of the box is reinforced with plywood bracing on all four sides, capitalising on maximum strength. With three height options at 14", 16" and 320" depending on which side you lay to the ground, you can be sure these plyometric boxes will give you a entry-level challenge before progressing to a competition box.
