The SMAI Round Boxers Shield - Dual Air is double sided soft / firm target.One side has a donut shaped Shock Tec foam filling with centre air pocket for a softer feel, while the other side has a fully filled Shock Tec foam insert for a firm feel. Designed to be used in conditioning circuits, boxing training and outdoor boot camp styles of training.
